BlackBerry 5.0 Software Release
BlackBerry and Verizon have announced that version 5.0 for the BlackBerry Storm has become available for download on the Verizon website, or through the BlackBerry Desktop manager next time you sync your BlackBerry Storm to your computer.
The upgrade is supposed to resolve a few more issues with processing speed, and offer some additional functionality to the calendar, messaging, etc.
Certainly something to keep BlackBerry Storm users occupied until the release of the Storm 2 on October 28th, 2009.
