Problem with cell phone keeps saying"charging"

Problem with cell phone keeps saying"charging"Do anyone know anything about a cell phone? I have a blitz and when I try to turn the phone on it will not come on. But, when I plug it up to charge it says charging. When I take the battery out and plug it up and add the battery really fast; I can call out on it for 1 minute. With the charger as well it goes off again saying charging. I have not been able to take it in for repairs due to my course load. Any help will be helpful.
The Answer:
Either the charging port for the Blitz is broken, or the charger itself is defective. Take it to a local repair center by searching on the web for a repair facility, or call the carrier. Best Buy will also take phones in on repair.
