Pandora Radio - The Music Genome Project

Pandora Radio has been around for quite some time, and combines social networking and customized radio stations that play streaming music over the web and your cell phone.

Instead of having preset stations, you create your own experience by putting in a song, artist, or genre, and then fine tune your station by voting thumbs up or thumbs down. Thumbs up means to play more like this song, and thumbs down means don't play this song again, and play less like this song. There are limits to thumbs down and track skipping, but Pandora is pretty spot on when it comes to picking songs.
