Bing wastes no time in going mobile
Microsoft's Bing, the self proclaimed decision engine, has gone mobile with a full suite of services for mobile consumers, consisting a two key features:
Bing 411 - Totally automated 411 service that relies, unlike other 411 services, on voice recognition to deliver information to its users. It costs nothing, and connects you for free once the number has been found. You can find shops and restaurants, audible directions, and get traffic, in addtion to having the information texted to your phone or shared with friends. Just remember, text and per minute charges will apply if it exceeds your current plan.
Bing Mobile - Bing's mobile application offering, you can either put in your phone number in the spaces provided and they'll send you a text link, or you can browse to m.bing.com - from there you can set settings from a fairly decent browsing experience.
The product looks good and works well, with plenty of help and documention. You can even listen to a basic call online.
