T-Mobile Rewards Existing Customers with Unlimited Plan
T-Mobile customers are getting a little something extra from their cell phone carrier in the form of an unlimited plan for only $49, with additional lines adding a paltry $40. Not bad for a price plan that usually starts out at twice that much. In addition, ported lines get a $135 bill credit, offsetting some of those early termination fees charged by some other providers. You have to be a regular customer in good standing, with at least 22 months of your 24 month agreement completed. There are some other terms, so call and ask. Of course, a new two year agreement is required, but if you've made it 22 months, chances are you're going to be happy with the service for another two years.
How long will that last? No one knows, and official company documentation even states "It's available for a limited time."
T-Mobile has gone to some lengths lately to grab customers, including FlexPay, which offers customers with limited credit an account with no deposit, and monthly contracts where you can bring your own phone (or buy a cheapie prepaid phone) and have no agreement but get T-Mobile's regular price plans.
