Sprint Nextel employee lawsuit
As if Sprint Nextel hasn't had enough troubles with class action lawsuits from its customers, Sprint has been served with another lawsuit from its employees.
The lawsuit claims that Sprint Nextel did not pay its retail employees, to include Retail Store District Managers, Retail Store Managers, Assistant Retail Store Managers, Lead Retail Consultants, Retail Consultant, or a Retail Sales Representative, all the commissions due after Sprint merged with Nextel.
If you were a retail employee but stopped working before August 2005 or did not make commissions, you'll not be a member of the suit. Only those employees paid commission (even partially) after August 2005 will be notified.

If you want to be excluded from the lawsuit, then you must exclude yourself by June 5, 2009.
