AT&T Mobility Announces A-List with Rollver
As of September 20, 2009, customers are able to access the A-List with Rollover on their qualified rate plans via their myWireless ( http://www.wireless.att.com) account or have it provisioned at point of sale.
All call list management activities (creating a call list, adding/deleting/changing any names and numbers on the call list) are managed by the customer. AT&T representatives can add or delete the feature from the customer's account, and have view-only access to the customer's call list history for troubleshooting and billing questions, but are not able to add or change any numbers to the customer's call list, just like with Verizon's Friends and Family calling lists.
Subscribers to A-List with Rollover will receive free inbound and outbound calls to and from a group of domestic numbers (both defined and managed online by the customer) that do not rate against any other buckets of minutes, in addition to keeping their rollover minutes.
Eligibility
$59.99 (900+ minutes plan for individual) gives you sharing of up to five numbers, including wireline and wireless numbers.
$89.99 (1400+ minutes plan for families) and above for sharing up to ten numbers, including wireline and wireless.
Access to the Internet is required for customers to create their customized calling lists, make changes, and handle overall listmanagement of the A-List with Rollover feature.
There are no edit checks when a customer adds a number to the list to prevent them from adding existing AT&T mobility numbers which may be eligible for M2M.
Excluded numbers:
900 numbers. Directory Assistance numbers. Voicemail pilot numbers. Customer's own mobile number. Mobile numbers of any subscribers on the FamilyTalk group. Numbers identified as fraud. A-List does not apply to 411 calls, calls made through Voice Connect, or messaging (Text or MMS).
Customers can make an unlimited number of changes at any time; however all changes take approximately 24 hours to go into effect, and an e-mail is sent to the e-mail address on the account, which indicates that a change to the calling list has been made; however no details of the change are included in the e-mail.
